Exchange Policy for Bikinis and Beachwear

At D.Boutique, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products, which include bikinis and beachwear, we want to provide clarity on our exchange policy.

Return Policy: As our products are intimate items such as bikinis and beachwear, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Exchange Policy: We understand that sometimes items may need to be exchanged. If you wish to exchange an item, we offer exchanges within [7] days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  2. The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
  3. The original invoice or proof of purchase must be presented.

Process for Exchange: If you meet the exchange criteria mentioned above, please follow these steps to process your exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [[email protected]] to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item to you.

Additional Information:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will provide you with alternative options or issue a store credit.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
  • Please note that exchanges may take up to [14] days to process from the date of receipt of the returned item.

What is the difference between returning something back to us and exchanging your product size?

What’s the difference between a creating a return and a size exchange?

Return:

  • You can return any product that you’re not happy with apart from those that fall under our no-return policy.
  • For products that you return back to us, you can either get Dima Boutique credit (which you can use to buy stuff later) or a credit / debit card refund based on the mode of payment earlier in your order.

Exchange:

  • By creating an exchange, you can exchange any product you ordered, with another size of the same product (apart from those that fall under our no-exchange policy).

How can I exchange my product size?

As soon as you create a size change request, we reserve the item you want for yourself.

If the price of the item you’re exchanging has gone up, don’t worry, you won’t have to pay extra to receive it.

Below are the steps which you need to follow to a request for a “size change”:

iOS / Android / Website Exchange process for UAE:
• Click on the ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login
• Click on ‘Click on ‘My Returns / Size Change’
• Click 'Create' and select 'Change your size'
• Select the items you want to exchange
• Select your new size
• Click on 'Proceed'
• Click on ‘Create’ and you’re done!
• Our courier will collect the original items in 1-2 days and deliver the items you want in exchange at the same time!

What is the return notice period?

You can request for a return within 14 days upon receipt of the order.

Please also note that:

  • Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
  • It should also be in the same brand box you received.

How do I return/exchange an item I purchased with Dima Boutique credit?

If you used Dima Boutique credit to purchase something from our website and want to return it, we just add the total amount you paid back to your credit.

Example:

if you ordered shoes for AED 100 and used credit for AED 30, you actually paid AED 70. But if the shoes do not fit and you want to have them exchanged for a different size, we will top up your credit with AED 100.

 

 

Refunds

If I’m not happy with my order, do I get a refund and get my money back?

’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”

If you paid for your order via a credit/debit card, you can return items to Dima Boutique and also ask for a refund to your credit/debit card.

Just log into your Dima Boutique Account and create a return request within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Make sure that the products are unused along with the packaging (Plastic Bag or Brand Box), and original tag(s) still attached.

You can choose whether you want your money refunded as Dima Boutique Credit or back to your credit/debit card and you’re done!

If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your Dima Boutique wallet which you can use it to place a new order or you can transfer the credit to your bank account by contacting us, and after sharing your bank details, then the amount should reflect in your bank account within 10 - 14 days.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 14 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
